On 30 April in Tulcea, we demonstrated that geographical proximity goes hand in hand with unwavering spiritual and strategic closeness!
As part of project ROUA00342 – ‘Improving access to education in border regions’ – an international conference was held, at which a Memorandum of Cooperation at local level was signed with the aim of supporting the Ukrainian language and promoting good neighbourliness.
In a complex geopolitical context, this event was not merely a conference, but a manifesto of European values. The online presence of the Embassy of Ukraine in Romania and our partners from Odesa confirmed that our solidarity overcomes physical barriers, transforming the border into a space of convergence and mutual support.
